The plan's reference statement gives 96 plots over a plotted area of 4.312 acres (20,872 sq yards, 54.41%), roads of 2.813 acres (13,613 sq yards, 35.50%) and open spaces of 0.800 acres (3,872 sq yards, 10.09%), including gardens of 0.55 and 0.25 acres, a water tank and a septic tank. Internal roads are 33 ft wide, with 40 ft and 50 ft roads to an existing 60 ft road.
